Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor construction works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Ensure compliance with project quality standards, safety regulations, and authority requirements
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, inspectors, and stakeholders on site
- Review technical submittals, method statements, and inspection test plans
- Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and report discrepancies
- Support commissioning, testing, and handover activities where applicable
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to site activities
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering for Resident Engineer and Engineer roles
- Diploma in Engineering for Inspectors and Land Surveyors
- BSc in Quantity Surveying with MRICS or equivalent for Quantity Surveyor roles
- Relevant years of experience as specified for each role
- Strong background in microtunnelling, stormwater, drainage, or sewerage treatment plant projects
- Experience working with local authorities and utility approvals in Dubai
- Strong coordination, reporting, and site supervision skills
