J. Awan & Partners is seeking a Sales Manager for azakaw to lead revenue delivery and pipeline growth across GCC, Africa, and Eastern Europe. The role requires quota ownership, multi-market management, and strong coaching of BDMs and SDRs.

You will own forecasting, deal coaching, and performance against targets, driving strategic expansion while ensuring alignment with marketing and third‑party lead generation. A multi-market remit expects cross‑border collaboration and results.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
• At least 3 years managing teams across multiple geographies
• Commercial track record with quota ownership

Responsibilities

• Own revenue delivery and pipeline growth across all azakaw markets
• Lead pipeline reviews, coaching, forecasting, and 3x coverage
• Coach BDMs/SDRs, manage third-party lead gen to SLA
• Review pricing, discounting, and multi‑module upsell opportunities
• Coordinate with marketing for lead quality and GTM alignment
