Job summary

Avaloq Group in Dubai seeks a Sales Director/Manager – Africa to drive revenue across banking, wealth management, and fintech. You will own the end-to-end sales lifecycle, engage C-suite stakeholders, and collaborate with delivery, product, and partners to deliver measurable value.

You will develop regional GTM plans for GCC, Levant, and North Africa, manage complex deals, and lead a regional sales team where applicable.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of proven sales experience in banking, wealth management, or fintech in the Middle East.
• Strong understanding of regional banking, wealth management, and regulatory landscape.
• Record of exceeding sales targets with complex software solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance; MBA or certifications are a plus.
• Fluency in English; French and Arabic are advantages.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue targets, pipeline, and forecast accuracy.
• Drive new logo acquisition and expand strategic accounts across financial sectors.
• Develop country-level go-to-market strategies for GCC, Levant, and North Africa.
• Engage C-suite stakeholders and lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Collaborate with delivery, product, marketing, and partners to ensure customer success.
• Build and manage regional partner ecosystems.
