Job summary

The Lending Tree in Dubai is seeking an experienced UAE mortgage professional to join us as a Mortgage Sales Manager, with the opportunity to build, lead and grow a high-performing team of Mortgage Consultants.

You will drive disbursement, revenue and conversion targets, manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to disbursement, and develop relationships with UAE banks and referral partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UAE mortgage sales experience.
• Experience as a Mortgage Sales Manager, Team Leader, Senior Mortgage Consultant or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE mortgage products and major banks.
• Proven track record of achieving mortgage sales/disbursement targets.
• Strong leadership, relationship-building and business development skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead and develop a team of Mortgage Consultants.
• Drive mortgage disbursement, revenue and conversion targets.
• Manage and monitor the sales pipeline from lead generation to disbursement.
• Coach consultants to improve sales performance and product knowledge.
• Build strong relationships with UAE banks, real estate agents, developers and referral partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand referral channels.
• Stay updated on UAE mortgage products, bank policies and market developments.
