Job summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Mortgage Advisor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in mortgage sales, banking, financial services, or a related field in the UAE .

The candidate will be responsible for understanding clients' financial requirements, recommending suitable mortgage solutions, coordinating with banks and financial institutions, and supporting customers throughout the mortgage application and approval process.

• Identify and generate potential leads for mortgage products and services.
• Understand clients' financial requirements and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
• Explain mortgage products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, documentation, and repayment options to customers.
• Assist clients throughout the mortgage application, documentation, approval, and disbursement process.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions regarding mortgage applications and approvals.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, banks, real estate agents, and other referral partners.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in mortgage sales/advisory, banking, financial services, or a similar sales role.
  
• UAE mortgage or banking experience is preferred.
• Good understanding of mortgage products and the loan application process.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with the ability to generate and convert leads.
• Good follow-up and documentation skills.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
• Salary: AED 4,500 – AED 6,000 per month
