Job summary

Elite Bespoke Solutions is seeking a commercially driven mortgage professional to originate and grow a UAE-wide mortgage advisory portfolio. You will build relationships with real estate brokers, investors and banks, and manage clients from initial consultation to disbursement.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years UAE mortgage experience, strong negotiation and client-management skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of UAE mortgage experience.
• Strong understanding of UAE mortgage market and lender criteria.
• Experience managing mortgage cases from initial discussion through disbursement.
• Proven ability to develop business through relationships, referrals and professional networks.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client management capabilities.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of personal accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a high quality pipeline of mortgage opportunities across the UAE market.
• Build strong referral relationships with real estate brokers property consultants investors bankers and professional networks.
• Engage with prospective clients to understand their financing objectives financial profile and property requirements.
• Identify and structure suitable mortgage solutions based on client eligibility and lender criteria.
• Manage mortgage cases from initial consultation through application approval and successful disbursement.
• Coordinate effectively with banks relationship managers and internal support teams throughout the mortgage journey.
• Ensure complete and accurate collection of client documentation KYC information and lender requirements.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and referral partners at every stage of the transaction.
• Build long term client relationships that generate repeat business referrals and wider advisory opportunities.
• Develop your own professional network and strengthen Elite Bespoke Solutions presence across the UAE mortgage and real estate ecosystem.
• Identify suitable cross referral opportunities within the wider Elite Bespoke Solutions platform including corporate banking business advisory and financial services.
• Represent Elite Bespoke Solutions with professionalism discretion and a strong client first approach.
• Take commercial ownership of the opportunities you originate and contribute directly to the growth of the mortgage advisory vertical.
