Job summary

The Lending Tree in Dubai, UAE is hiring Mortgage Consultants to join its fast-growing team. You will advise clients on mortgage options, manage the full lifecycle from prospect to disbursement, and coordinate with banks, developers, and internal teams to close deals.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of UAE direct sales experience, strong English communication, and a client-focused mindset. A UAE driving license is mandatory, with high earning potential through commissions and growth

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of UAE direct sales / client-facing experience.
• Background in Mortgage, Banking, Investment, Insurance, Wealth Management, Financial Services or related fields welcome to apply.
• Strong customer service and client-handling skills.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus.
• Confident in advisory selling, negotiation and closing.
• Target-driven, persuasive and comfortable in a sales-focused environment.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and generate business opportunities.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on best-fit UAE mortgage solutions (resale & handover).
• Manage end-to-end mortgage process from lead generation to disbursement.
• Coordinate with banks, underwriters, developers, and internal teams.
• Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and timely follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide a professional, transparent and client-first advisory experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on best-fit UAE mortgage solutions (resale & handover)

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE direct sales / client-facing experience
• Candidates from Mortgage, Banking, Investment, Insurance, Wealth Management, Financial Services, Automobile Sales, Hospitality/Hotels, Airlines, Sales Promotion, Customer Service, Client Relationship or other professional degrees in education are welcome to apply
