Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking an experienced Mortgage Sales Support Manager in the UAE to help develop, implement and manage mortgage products and services. You will partner with the Head of Sales, Distribution and the Sales team to drive growth in our mortgage business and profitability.

You will join a team focused on delivering client‑centric solutions, driving cross‑functional collaboration, and supporting both pre‑ and post‑sales activities within Wealth Retail Banking.

Qualifications

• University graduate with sales and relationship management experience.
• Proven ability to manage sales programs and drive revenue.
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities across stakeholders.
• Excellent networking and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfort with UAE business environment and multi‑cultural teams.
• Proficient computer literacy and CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Meet the business objectives of country Wealth Retail Banking.
• Develop relationships with external stakeholders to enable mortgage product development.
• Attend mortgage sales meetings and manage monthly pipelines.
• Serve as the point of contact for mortgage broker empanelment and commissions.
• Collaborate with Sales team to resolve cases in systems and allocate mortgage leads.
• Support post‑sales requests and respond to rates, letters, and statements.
• Gather customer feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
