Job summary

Prypco in Dubai is seeking an experienced Mortgage Sales Manager to lead and grow our mortgage advisory team. This is a target-driven leadership role focused on driving sales performance, achieving revenue goals and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will lead, coach and motivate mortgage advisors to exceed targets, develop sales strategies, monitor KPIs, and ensure regulatory compliance. A strong track record in mortgage sales and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience managing a mortgage sales team.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets in mortgage/financial services.
• Strong leadership, coaching and motivational skills.
• Deep knowledge of mortgage products, compliance and regulatory landscape.
• Strong commercial awareness and growth focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate a team of mortgage advisors to exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new business and maximize profitability.
• Monitor team performance, set KPIs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
