20four7VA is seeking an appointment-setting specialist to support clients worldwide from our Dubai base. You will follow up leads by phone, SMS and email, qualify interest, and book appointments.

You will manage CRM records and pipelines, coordinate schedules, and assist with referrals or partnerships. Ideal candidates have CRM experience, GoHighLevel proficiency, and strong English communication, with comfort contacting US-based customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in appointment-setting or lead follow-up.
• Phone-based customer service, sales support, or lead nurturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with leads via phone, SMS, and email.
