Qualifications

• Previous cold-calling experience is required.
• Experience using power dialer systems is required; familiarity with 2X systems is an advantage.
• Strong spoken English with a professional communication style.
• Ability to work from scripts while keeping conversations engaging.
• Reliable, organized, performance-driven and able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospects using client-provided lists.
• Follow scripts to engage prospects and schedule consultations.
• Identify prospects for a financial review and qualify for a consultation.
• Schedule Zoom consultations via Calendly and manage calendars.
• Record outcomes in Excel or Google Sheets and maintain activity.
• Maintain consistent two-hour daily calling blocks.
• Adhere to service requirements and timelines as a contractor.
