Job summary

Joyville Shapoorji Pallonji Group is seeking an Appointment Setter to support outreach, scheduling, and follow-up in a fully remote, part-time role within the United Arab Emirates. You will engage prospects, coordinate with the sales team, and maintain accurate records while working independently.

The role requires professional communication, strong organizational skills, and experience with CRM and digital tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in appointment setting, sales, business development, lead generation, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, calendars, and digital communication tools.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects, appointments, and follow-ups independently.
• Previous remote or project-based experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and follow up with potential prospects based on criteria and campaigns.
• Conduct professional outreach through appropriate channels.
• Introduce relevant opportunities or services to prospects.
• Schedule calls, meetings, and appointments with qualified prospects.
• Confirm appointments and coordinate rescheduling or cancellations.
• Maintain accurate prospect, appointment, and follow-up records.
• Update CRM systems and calendars, and track outreach activities.
• Conduct timely follow-ups to maintain appointment progress.
• Coordinate with sales or BD teams regarding prospect status.
• Prepare simple reports related to appointment-setting activities.
