Job summary

TK Elevator UAE L.L.C in Dubai is seeking a MOD Sales Support Engineer to join the Mod Sal DXB team. Based in Dubai, you will provide essential technical and sales support to tailor elevator and escalator solutions to customer needs throughout the sales process.

You will collaborate with sales and engineering, prepare technical documents, assist with tendering, demos, and product specifications, and ensure safety and quality guidelines are followed.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical) or equivalent experience.
• Experience in sales engineering or a technical sales role in elevator/building tech preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to translate complex product information into customer benefits.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic beneficial.

Role Summary
As a MOD Sales Support Engineer, you will partner closely with the sales and engineering teams to deliver detailed technical assistance throughout the sales process. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between customer requirements and product capabilities, enabling effective solution proposals that meet or exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and advice to the sales team during the tendering and quotation phases, ensuring accurate and competitive proposals.
• Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, presentations, and product specifications tailored to customer projects.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and customer service departments to clarify technical aspects and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
• Support the identification of customer needs through direct engagement and product demonstrations as necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TK Elevator's product portfolio, innovations, and industry standards to inform sales strategies effectively.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing customer feedback and market insights with relevant internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality guidelines during sales support activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields) or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in sales engineering, technical support, or a related role within the elevator, escalator, or building technology sectors is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude to translate complex product information into clear benefits for customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Proficiency in technical software tools, MS Office applications, and familiarity with CAD or similar design software is an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial but not mandatory.
