Job summary

In this role, you will support tendering, prepare technical documents, and demonstrate products to customers. English fluency is required; Arabic knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields) or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in sales engineering, technical support, or a related role within elevator, escalator, or building technology sectors is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude to translate complex product information into clear benefits for customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and advice to the sales team during tendering and quotation phases, ensuring accurate and competitive proposals.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation, presentations, and product specifications tailored to customer projects.

Role Summary

• Proficiency in technical software tools, MS Office applications, and familiarity with CAD or similar design software is an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial but not mandatory.
