Job summary

TK Elevator UAE L.L.C, based in Dubai, seeks a MOD Sales Engineer to bridge our engineering teams with customers, crafting tailored elevator solutions that meet project specs and industry standards. You will support the sales cycle with technical insights and collaborate across functions to secure successful deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience in a sales engineering role, preferably in elevator/escalator/building services.
• Strong understanding of technical sales processes and ability to translate complex engineering concepts for clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CAD software, product configurators, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and present technical proposals and product presentations to clients.
• Analyze customer requirements and engineering specs to provide accurate configurations and solutions.
• Serve as the technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle, coordinating with customers, sales reps, and engineering teams.
• Conduct feasibility studies and assist in estimating project costs and timelines with the sales team.
• Provide training and technical support to sales staff and customers on product features and installation considerations.
• Stay informed of industry trends and competitor products to position TK Elevator as a market leader.
• Support the launch of new products by gathering customer feedback for continuous improvement.
