Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
Experience in technical sales or service engineering, preferably within the elevator/escalator industries.
Strong understanding of elevator and escalator systems, components, and maintenance procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external clients.
Proficiency in preparing detailed technical reports and commercial proposals.
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value and building long-term partnerships.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively within deadlines.
Flexibility to travel within the region to meet clients and attend industry events as required.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the primary technical sales contact for service offerings.
Conduct detailed assessments of clients’ elevator and escalator systems to identify service needs and recommend appropriate maintenance or modernization solutions.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and service teams to design and deliver customized proposals that meet requirements.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals with clear value propositions and benefits.
Support contract negotiations by providing accurate technical information and clarifications.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Participate in trade shows, workshops, and training sessions to stay informed of industry advancements.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and legal requirements.
