Job summary

TK Elevator UAE L.L.C in Dubai is seeking a MOD Sales Support Engineer to join the Mod Sal DXB team. Based in Dubai, you will provide essential technical and sales support to tailor elevator and escalator solutions to customer needs throughout the sales process.

You will collaborate with sales and engineering, prepare technical documents, assist with tendering, demos, and product specifications, and ensure safety and quality guidelines are followed.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical) or equivalent experience.
• Experience in sales engineering or a technical sales role in elevator/building tech preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to translate complex product information into customer benefits.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the sales team during tendering and quotation phases.
• Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and product specifications for projects.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and customer service to resolve inquiries.
• Identify customer needs through engagement and product demonstrations.
• Maintain knowledge of TK Elevator's product portfolio and industry standards.
• Share customer feedback and market insights with internal teams.
• Ensure safety and quality guidelines are followed during sales activities.
