Job summary

Kaspersky in Dubai seeks an experienced Mobile Business Manager to drive the commercial growth of our mobile ecosystem, develop strategic partnerships, and expand mobile distribution and user acquisition.

You will oversee traffic performance across UA channels, manage budgets, coordinate campaigns and MMP integrations (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch), and negotiate with OEMs, stores, and networks to boost ROI.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marketing, E-commerce, CS or a related discipline.
• 5+ years in mobile business development, partnerships, or digital growth.
• Proven experience leading large-scale mobile growth initiatives with ad spends
• Strong network among traffic providers, OEM partners, and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mobile traffic performance through multiple user acquisition channels.
• Explore new traffic opportunities and expand acquisition sources.
• Plan, implement and track mobile marketing campaigns and deliver creative requirements.
• Oversee MMP integrations (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch) and related platforms.
• Develop relationships with OEMs, App Stores, networks, and major traffic partners.
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiate partnerships from contact to agreements.
• Collaborate with product teams to align growth needs and acquisition goals.
• Support market research, competitor assessments, and opportunity identification.
• Evaluate campaign results and translate insights into ROI improvements.
• Oversee marketing budgets and allocate ad spend across channels.
