Job summary

Cyberknight is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager/Sales Manager for the United Arab Emirates. The role requires steering sales activities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue in cybersecurity services.

You will lead proposals, RFP responses, and market expansion with a focus on long-term partnerships. Ideal candidates have 12+ years in sales or BD, fluency in English and Arabic, and proven ability to present and close strategic deals in the security

Qualifications

12+ years of relevant experience in sales or business development, with security services consulting preferred.
Strong client relationship building and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience in giving presentations, demos, evaluations, proposals, and responding to RFPs/Tenders.
Fluent in English and Arabic languages.

Responsibilities

Develop an effective customer relationship management strategy to track sales activities, enquiries, leads, quotations and project sales.
Maintain a regional business model while nurturing relationships with customers and CyberKnight vendors.
Identify market opportunities and build strong client relationships.
Develop new sales leads and prospects in the UAE region.
Achieve sales targets by expanding with new customers and opportunities.
Execute go-to-market strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape and cybersecurity industry developments.
Create proposals/RFP responses and conduct presentations.
