IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Commis II for the Employee Restaurant culinary team at InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa. You will support the daily preparation of meals for colleagues while taking the lead in minibar operations and supporting related F&B tasks.

Responsibilities include supervision of minibar attendants, stock management, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Flexibility to work shifts and holidays is required.

Formación

• Previous minibar operations experience or F&B service in a hotel or resort.
• Supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of inventory management, stock control and billing procedures.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Guest-focused approach with attention to detail.
• Ability to lead a team, manage priorities and work independently.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily minibar operations, including room checks and stock replenishment.
• Lead, train and guide minibar attendants to ensure service standards.
• Monitor minibar consumption, billing accuracy and inventory to prevent losses.
• Conduct regular stock counts, check expiry dates and rotate stock.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office and other F&B teams for smooth operations.
• Manage daily task assignments, schedules and priorities.
• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with hotel hygiene, food safety and standards.
