Job summary

InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa is seeking a dedicated Minibar Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team. You will maintain, replenish and monitor minibars across guest rooms and suites, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and service.

Day-to-day tasks include stocking, recording consumption and coordinating with Housekeeping, Front Office and F&B teams. English communication is essential, and flexibility for shifts is required in a luxury

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage Service, minibar operations or a similar role in a hotel or resort.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of stock handling, inventory control and billing procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and a guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Checking, replenishing and maintaining minibars in guest rooms and suites according to hotel standards.
• Ensuring all minibar items are properly arranged, clean, fresh and within their expiry dates.
• Recording minibar consumption accurately and ensuring charges are posted correctly.
• Monitoring minibar inventory, stock levels and product movement to minimise discrepancies and wastage.
• Coordinating with Housekeeping, Front Office and F&B teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Responding promptly and professionally to guest requests related to minibar services.
• Following established hygiene, food safety and hotel service standards.
