InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa is seeking a dedicated Minibar Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team on site. You will oversee minibar operations across guest rooms and suites, lead the minibar attendants, and ensure accurate billing, inventory control and presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in minibar operations or F&B service in hotel/resort.
• Supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management, stock control and billing.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with a guest-focused approach.
• Ability to lead a team, manage priorities and work independently.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily minibar operations across guest rooms and suites.
• Lead, train and guide minibar attendants to ensure service standards.
• Monitor minibar consumption, billing accuracy and inventory records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office and other F&B teams.
• Manage daily task assignments, schedules and priorities.
• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety and operational standards.
