InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa is seeking a dedicated Minibar Supervisor to oversee daily minibar operations across guest rooms and suites. You will lead and train attendants, ensure accurate billing, and maintain inventory control to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in minibar operations within a hotel or resort.
• Prior supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of inventory management, stock control and billing procedures.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with a guest-focused approach.
• Ability to lead a team, manage priorities and work independently.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervising daily minibar operations across guest rooms and suites.
• Leading, training and guiding minibar attendants to ensure service standards.
• Monitoring minibar consumption, billing accuracy and inventory records.
• Conducting regular stock counts and ensuring proper stock rotation.
• Coordinating with Housekeeping, Front Office and other F&B teams for smooth operations.
• Managing daily task assignments, schedules and operational priorities.
• Handling guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensuring compliance with hotel hygiene, food safety and operational standards.
