Job summary

InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa is seeking a dedicated Minibar Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team on site. You will maintain minibars across guest rooms and suites, ensuring cleanliness, presentation and accurate charging.

With attention to detail and guest-focused service, you will coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office and F&B, handle stock and inventory, and support a seamless in-room dining experience; English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage service or minibar operations in hotels.
• Good English communication skills.
• Knowledge of stock handling and inventory control.
• Detail-oriented with guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and shift flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Check, replenish and maintain minibars in guest rooms and suites according to hotel standards.
• Ensure minibar items are clean, fresh and within expiry dates.
• Record minibar consumption accurately and ensure charges are posted correctly.
• Monitor minibar inventory, stock levels and product movement to minimise discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office and F&B teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest minibar requests.
• Follow hygiene, food safety and hotel service standards.
