Job summary

InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa is seeking a dedicated Minibar Supervisor to oversee daily minibar operations, lead the minibar team and ensure accuracy in billing and inventory. You will collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Office and F&B to deliver a seamless guest experience across rooms and suites.

We are looking for a background in minibar or F&B service with supervisory experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and the flexibility to work shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous minibar operations experience in a hotel or resort.
• Supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management, stock control and billing procedures.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with a guest-focused approach.
• Ability to lead a team, manage priorities and work independently.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervising daily minibar operations, including room checks, replenishment and stock management.
• Leading, training and guiding minibar attendants to ensure consistent service standards.
• Monitoring minibar consumption, billing accuracy and inventory records to minimise discrepancies and revenue losses.
• Conducting regular stock counts, monitoring product expiry dates and ensuring proper stock rotation.
• Coordinating with Housekeeping, Front Office and other F&B teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Managing daily task assignments, schedules and operational priorities.
• Handling guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensuring compliance with hotel hygiene, food safety and operational standards.

At InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Minibar Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team.

As a Minibar Supervisor, you will oversee the daily minibar operations across our guest rooms and suites, ensuring efficient service, accurate billing, effective inventory control and the highest standards of presentation. You will lead and support the minibar team while working closely with other departments to deliver a seamless and personalised guest experience.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Supervising daily minibar operations, including room checks, replenishment and stock management.
