Job summary

InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa is looking for a dedicated Minibar Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team. You will oversee minibar operations across rooms and suites, ensuring service excellence and accurate billing.

As a supervisor, you will lead attendants, manage stock, and coordinate with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in minibar operations, Food & Beverage Service or a similar role within a hotel or resort.
• Prior supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of inventory management, stock control and billing procedures.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with a guest-focused approach.
• Ability to lead a team, manage priorities and work independently.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily minibar operations across guest rooms and suites.
• Lead, train and guide minibar attendants to maintain service standards.
• Monitor minibar consumption, billing accuracy and inventory records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and ensure expiry dates are monitored.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage daily task assignments and priorities.
• Address guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
