Job summary

People is seeking a Business Development / Sales Manager (IT Services) to drive Microsoft cloud adoption and expand the managed services business in the UAE. You will build a strong sales pipeline, pitch M365/Azure and security, and collaborate with CSP distributors for pricing and registrations.

The role requires a proven track record in B2B IT sales, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, and a self-driven attitude geared toward exceeding targets. UAE market experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B IT sales or business development experience, preferably in Microsoft Cloud/Managed Services.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing (M365, Azure).
• Experience working with CSP distributors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline through outreach and partnerships.
• Pitch Microsoft 365, Azure, and Security solutions with our managed services.
• Collaborate with Microsoft distributors (Logicom, Ingram, Redington, etc.) for pricing and deals.
• Manage customer accounts, ensuring renewals and growth opportunities.
• Deliver on sales targets and contribute to regional revenue growth.
