Indian Merchandiser in Sharjah
A reputable retail company in Sharjah is urgently looking for an experienced Indian Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing merchandising strategies to increase sales and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the retail industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong eye for visual aesthetics.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and meet company goals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create attractive displays that highlight promotions and new products
- Conduct market research to identify current trends and customer preferences
- Analyze sales data and adjust merchandising plans accordingly
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products
- Work closely with suppliers to negotiate prices, place orders, and monitor delivery schedules
- Train store staff on product knowledge and visual merchandising techniques

Requirements:
