3. KEY RESPONSIBILITY

1. Installation and Maintenance:
2. Install, test, and maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
3. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency.
4. Troubleshooting and Repairs:
5. Diagnose and resolve issues with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
6. Replace or repair defective components to restore functionality.
7. Compliance and Safety:
8. Ensure all work adheres to local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
9. Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols.
10. Documentation and Reporting:
11. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
12. Report major issues and recommend improvements to the supervisor.
13. Collaboration:
14. Work with other team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.
15. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized tasks or equipment supply.
16. Tools and Equipment: Properly use and maintain tools, equipment, and testing instruments.

4. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

Education:

• Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing systems, or equivalent.

5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Desirable Qualification: Minimum 3 years’ experience

Work Experience: Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in MEP installation and maintenance preferred.
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing MEP systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
