Job summary

Brainstorm Headhunting Specialist is seeking an MEP BIM Coordinator in Dubai to lead BIM coordination and Revit MEP modeling for complex projects. The role requires strong experience with BIM workflows, clash resolution, and coordinating asset information per ABS data requirements.

You will liaise with clients and consultants, prepare technical presentations, and ensure deliverables meet LOD standards from 300 to 500.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of MEP/BIM experience.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Revit MEP and BIM coordination.
• Good understanding of LOD 300 to LOD 500.
• Knowledge of ABS data and asset information requirements.
• Proven ability to coordinate with project teams and resolve technical issues.
• Confident in communicating project progress with clients and consultants.
• Experience arranging and leading BIM/technical presentations.
• Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP BIM models using Revit MEP and BIM coordination workflows.
• Review and coordinate multidisciplinary models to identify and resolve clashes and technical issues.
• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project requirements and applicable LOD standards.
