Job summary

Innovo Group in Dubai seeks a senior MEP Estimator to lead the estimating team, oversee tender submissions and prepare cost estimates for all MEP disciplines. You will determine pricing approaches, manage risk provisions, and ensure accuracy to drive competitive bids.

Responsibilities include coordination with Engineering and Procurement, maintaining templates and databases, and driving process improvements to enhance estimation accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 10–12 years of MEP estimating experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE MEP market pricing and supply chain.
• Excellent analytical, management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage estimation engineers across all MEP disciplines.
• Oversee preparation of tender submissions and cost estimates.
• Determine pricing approach and risk provisions for each tender.
• Review and approve all cost estimates and BOQs before submission.
• Maintain knowledge of UAE MEP market pricing, labour rates, and supply chain trends.
• Develop and maintain estimating templates, rate databases, and take-off tools.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Procurement to validate scope and pricing assumptions.
