Job summary

Advanced Maintenance Technology Consultants LLC in Dubai is seeking an Estimation Engineer with 2–3 years of MEP construction estimation experience. You will prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs while supporting tender submissions and commercial teams.

The role requires reading drawings, specifications, and experience with estimation software. UAE experience is preferred; MS Excel proficiency is essential, AutoCAD is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years UAE MEP construction estimation experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation tools; AutoCAD is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, specs, and scope of work.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs for MEP projects.
• Analyze project requirements to identify materials, manpower, and equipment.
• Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Conduct rate analysis and prepare competitive pricing for tender submissions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams for information.
