Innovo Group in Dubai is seeking a Senior Estimation Engineer to prepare, review and validate detailed cost estimates for civil or MEP construction projects.

You will mentor junior staff, contribute to tender strategy, and actively engage in value engineering and cost optimization discussions. The role requires strong Excel and AutoCAD skills, 4+ years of tendering experience, and collaboration across architectural, structural, and MEP teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in civil or MEP estimation - Tendering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and related estimation tools.

Responsabilités

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to extract cost data.
• Lead the preparation of BOQs and detailed cost estimates for civil or MEP works.
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Collaborate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams for accurate quantity surveying.
• Support preparation and review of technical and financial proposals.
• Participate in tender clarification meetings and provide technical/financial recommendations.
• Contribute to value engineering and cost benchmarking exercises.
• Maintain estimation records, databases, and pricing libraries.
• Provide guidance to junior estimation engineers when required.
