Job summary

PRIME TECHNOLOGIES (L.L.C.) in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Electrical Estimation professional to review drawings and tender documents, prepare take-offs and cost estimates, and evaluate supplier quotations. You will coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams to submit bids for residential, commercial and high-rise projects.

The role demands strong BOQ preparation skills, experience in UAE MEP estimations, and proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Excel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
3–8 years of experience in MEP electrical estimation in the UAE.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Experience with residential, commercial, and high-rise building projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and tender pricing.

Responsibilities

Review electrical drawings BOQs specifications and tender documents
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for electrical works
Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations and conduct material rate analysis
Prepare competitive tenders commercial proposals and cost breakdowns
Coordinate with suppliers subcontractors and internal teams for tender submissions
Identify scope gaps exclusions and cost-saving opportunities
