Job summary

Burj Line Builders seeks a seasoned Tendering / Commercial lead to direct the preparation, evaluation and submission of competitive MEP tenders in Dubai. You will ensure accurate cost estimation, assess commercial viability and manage contractual risk throughout the tender cycle.

You will review drawings, BOQs and contract documents, coordinate with clients, developers, consultants and suppliers, and lead a team to develop value engineering proposals when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Lead the preparation, evaluation and submission of competitive tenders for MEP projects.
• Ensure accurate cost estimation, commercial viability and risk management.
• Review contractual terms, payments, warranties and risk before submission.
• Utilize FIDIC 1999 standards and updates in tendering and contracts.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete tendering cycle from receipt to final submission.
• Review drawings, specs, BOQs, scope of work and contract documents.
• Prepare tender schedules, assign responsibilities and track deadlines.
• Ensure tender documentation is accurate, complete and compliant with client requirements.
• Lead and review estimates and submissions, and report status to management.
