Job summary

Darwinbox is seeking a seasoned SDR to join the inside sales team for the MENA market. You will own outbound prospecting to build a robust pipeline and support revenue goals, qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and coordinating product demos with the sales team.

You will maintain CRM hygiene, track engagements, and work with sales to push deals forward, while aligning with marketing insights to improve lead quality and conversions.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in B2B SaaS inside sales/SDR role.
• Arabic speaking is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Target-driven with ability to handle rejection.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails and social selling.
• Lead Qualification: research to gather prospect information and pain points.
• Lead Nurturing: multi-touch engagement to educate on value proposition.
• Value Demonstrations: coordinate product demos with sales team.
• CRM Hygiene Management: accurate entry of leads and activities in CRM.
• Deal Closure Push: collaborate with sales to navigate objections and close deals.
