MENA Enterprise SaaS Sales Director

Job summary

Darwinbox is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to drive new business across the MENA region from target account identification through closure. You will build a robust enterprise pipeline, engage with C-suite executives, and lead complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS deals while aligning opportunities with client business outcomes.

You will partner with SDR, Presales and GTM teams to progress opportunities, forecast revenue, and represent the company at industry events.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of enterprise sales experience with significant MENA exposure.
• Proven track record in new-logo acquisition and selling complex SaaS/enterprise solutions.
• Experience managing large multi-stakeholder enterprise deals and navigating procurement processes.
• Strong ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
• Demonstrated ability to build pipeline independently and develop a territory with limited existing opportunities.
• Experience in HRTech, HCM, ERP or enterprise SaaS preferred.
• Arabic-speaking preferred.
• Strong understanding of the MENA enterprise landscape would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own new business acquisition across MENA from target account identification through closure.
• Build and manage a strong enterprise pipeline through proactive prospecting and executive engagement.
• Establish relationships with C-suite and senior leaders; lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Position Darwinbox around business outcomes, not just product features.
• Collaborate with SDR, Presales, Value Engineering, Product Marketing and other GTM teams.
• Maintain ownership of pipeline, deal strategy, forecasting and revenue targets.
• Represent Darwinbox at industry and executive forums to build relationships and create opportunities.
