Job summary

Shufti, an AI-powered Identity Verification (IDV) and KYC/AML platform, is expanding in the UAE and MENA. The Account Executive will drive new business, manage strategic client relationships, and expand revenue across the region.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, build a robust pipeline, and collaborate with marketing and product to tailor solutions for regulatory compliance and fraud prevention.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience selling SaaS, IT solutions or technology products.
• Total sales experience: 4–6+ years with track record of meeting targets.
• Proven ability to close mid-market to enterprise deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target and close new business opportunities across the MENA region.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with executives and decision-makers.
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiations and close.
• Forecast pipeline and maintain clean CRM records.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
