Job summary

Constellation Software Inc. seeks an experienced M&A sourcing professional for the MENA region, based in Dubai. You will build a long-term pipeline by engaging founders, executives, and investors while mapping markets and assessing verticals.

You will support the acquisition process from opportunity evaluation through due diligence and integration, coordinating with cross-functional teams to apply CSI best practices.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of relevant experience, ideally with 5+ years at a tier-one management consulting firm, private equity, or investment bank.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and maintain a long-term pipeline in a market-facing role.
• Strong existing network of founders, executives, and investors within the MENA region.
• Deep understanding of the MENA business and technology landscape.
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute the MENA M&A sourcing strategy, identifying priority markets and target verticals.
• Build long-term relationships with owners of vertical market software businesses, bankers, and venture capital communities in MENA.
• Conduct in-depth market research, vertical mapping, and competitive landscape analysis.
• Maintain tracking of sourcing activity, outreach progress, and deal pipeline via dashboards and reports.
• Support the acquisition cycle from opportunity evaluation and financial modelling to due diligence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate newly acquired businesses using CSI best practices.
