Job summary

Contour Software, a CSI subsidiary, is seeking a senior M&A professional to lead transaction execution from initial target qualification through closing. You will perform detailed financial analysis on target statements and build valuation models in Excel.

You will draft offer letters and term sheets, lead negotiations, and coordinate due diligence across legal, financial, operational, and IT workstreams. Maintain high-quality relationships with founders, senior executives, and investment

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience at top-tier accounting firm, capital advisory firm, investment bank, or private equity firm
• 3–5 years of mandatory mid-market deal execution experience
• 5+ years of mandatory experience in a financial controller or financial management role
• Willing to travel within the MENA/GCC region and to Canada
• Must be physically located in the MENA region with valid work authorization
• Preferred: Buy-side experience (CPA/CFA/MBA designations)

Responsibilities

• Lead transaction execution from initial target qualification through to closing
• Perform detailed financial analysis on target company statements and build valuation models in Excel
• Draft offer letters, term sheets, and deal documents and lead negotiations
• Coordinate the due diligence process across legal, financial, operational, and IT workstreams
• Maintain high-quality relationships with founders, senior executives, and investment bankers
• Provide financial and accounting oversight and facilitate integration for acquired business units in the MENA region
• Provide guidance to junior M&A Execution team members
