Job summary

DIGIT-IT is seeking a Business Development Manager in Dubai to drive B2B sales and grow the client base across the UAE. The role offers a fixed salary plus commissions and requires strong UAE market experience.

You will identify opportunities, engage with CEOs and IT managers, and close deals with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, presenting digital and technology solutions, negotiating terms, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline while attending industry

Qualifications

• Candidates must have strong UAE market experience.
• Proven record of generating and closing sales in UAE.
• Experience with B2B technology or digital solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify businesses and target industries across the UAE.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email, networking, and events.
• Connect with business owners, CEOs, GMs, IT managers, and other decision-makers.
• Arrange client meetings and present DIGIT-IT’s digital and technology solutions.
• Understand client requirements, prepare proposals with the Pakistan team, negotiate and close deals.
• Build long-term client relationships and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Attend exhibitions and networking events.
• Stay updated with UAE business, digital, and social media trends.
