Job summary

WebSenor is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to expand IT solutions sales in Dubai. You will lead client engagements across web development, mobile apps, SaaS, and digital marketing, owning the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.

You should have a proven IT sales track record, excellent communication, and strong negotiation skills to build long-term partnerships with enterprise clients in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in IT.
• Familiarity with web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, and SaaS solutions.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Understand client needs and tailor WebSenor’s services.
• Present, promote, and sell WebSenor’s web and mobile solutions and SaaS.
• Develop strong relationships with clients to build long-term partnerships.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
