Job summary

OneInbox seeks an experienced partnerships leader to sign and operationalize 5–10 Gulf-region partners (SIs, resellers, telcos). You will map the MENA landscape, target top accounts across UAE, KSA, and Qatar, and build a partner enablement program with training and certifications.

You should have 5–8 years in enterprise software partnerships in the Gulf, strong negotiation skills, and English fluency (Arabic a plus). Hybrid role in Dubai with growth potential and equity for early team members.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in channel/partnerships at an enterprise software company with Gulf experience.
• Existing relationships with major SIs and telco integrators in the region.
• Fluent English; conversational Arabic is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Map the MENA SI, reseller, and telco landscape and existing relationships.
• Identify top partner targets across UAE, KSA, and Qatar.
• Sign initial partner agreements and build the enablement track.
• Run partner-led reviews and define ROI metrics for growth.
