Job summary

talabat is seeking a Senior Specialist Strategic Accounts & Partnerships - MENA to drive regional enterprise strategy and manage relationships with top partners across eight markets. You will translate data into clear narratives, support portfolio management, and lead multi‑functional collaboration to optimize performance.

You will own quarterly partner reviews, work with cross‑functional teams on campaigns, and strengthen Vendor NPS through proactive problem solving and execution excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Economics, Business, or Statistics.
• 4-5 years in performance or program management at a consumer-tech company.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Slides for data analysis and storytelling.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to simplify data into insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to user engagement metrics like iROAS, CM, DAU/MAU, etc.
• Commercial mindset linking contracts, marketing and partner experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large varied datasets to extract trends and insights.
• Deliver quarterly and annual partner reviews with analytics-led narratives.
• Surface growth opportunities and address contract blockers with legal/finance.
• Track partner investments and volumes per commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with account managers and marketing to plan campaigns across markets.
• Resolve POS and operational issues to ensure partner satisfaction.
• Improve Vendor NPS by reducing friction and enhancing trust with partners.
• Build relationships with KAMs and stakeholders; travel to drive market planning.
• Manage multiple workstreams across sales, marketing, finance, ops and legal.
