Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in partnerships and alliances, sales, or business development within fintech or enterprise software vendors.
• Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems across MEA with consulting firms, SIs, hyperscalers, and fintech providers.
• Deep understanding of MEA banking landscape with success in influencing and closing enterprise software deals.

Responsibilities

• Partner Recruitment & Development: identify, onboard, and activate high-potential partners across MEA.
• Go-to-Market Leadership: build joint value propositions and go-to-market plans for Tier‑1/2 banks, Islamic banks, digital banks, and NBFIs.
• Pipeline Generation & Deal Influence: source, qualify, and pursue opportunities; drive partner-led deals to closure.
• Partner Enablement: equip partners with product knowledge, sales training, materials, and competitive positioning.
• Internal Collaboration: align with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, and Marketing on partner strategy.
