You will act as the primary liaison with insurers and brokers, process onboarding, support document control and general admin, and ensure accurate insurance data for both White Collar and Blue Collar staff, while working under pressure in

Formación

• 3–5 years GCC experience in a similar administrative role with exposure to health insurance.
• Experience in EPC, construction, or engineering is preferred but not essential.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.
• Familiarity with HR/insurance portals.
• SAP, Oracle or any other HR ERP is a plus.
• Excellent English, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

We are hiring a Medical Insurance & Admin Officer for our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is essential in ensuring our employees are properly covered and supported throughout their employment. You will manage the full medical insurance lifecycle, from inception and renewal to additions, deletions, and data control. In essence, you’ll be the main point of contact with insurers and brokers, while supporting onboarding and general administrative services.
