in Abu Dhabi is hiring a Medical Insurance & Admin Officer to manage the full lifecycle of employee medical insurance, from inception to renewals, additions and deletions, and to maintain data integrity across HR systems. You will act as the primary liaison with insurers and brokers, process onboarding, support document control and general admin, and ensure accurate insurance data for both White Collar and Blue Collar staff, while working under pressure in

Competenze

• 3–5 years GCC experience in a similar administrative role with exposure to health insurance.
• Experience in EPC, construction, or engineering is preferred but not essential.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.
• Familiarity with HR/insurance portals.
• SAP, Oracle or any other HR ERP is a plus.
• Excellent English, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

Mansioni

• Manage medical insurance inception, additions, deletions, renewals, and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate employee insurance data and ensure consistency across HR systems and insurer portals.
• Handle insurance requirements for both White Collar and Blue Collar employees.
• Interface with insurance companies and brokers to resolve claims, issue cards, and follow up on policy matters.
• Support onboarding, document control, and other general services/admin tasks as required.
