Job summary

LG Electronics in Dubai seeks a Learning and Development Manager to lead the organization’s talent management and L&D agenda, shaping frameworks, assessments, and leadership development to future‑proof the workforce.

You will partner with MEA regional leaders and HR teams to identify critical talent, build leadership pipelines, design succession plans, and drive learning programs that boost capability and business growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Significant experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Leadership Development, and Organizational Development.
• Proven experience managing the full talent lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience in Competency Framework Design, Competency Mapping, and Assessment Centers.
• Experience with succession planning and leadership pipeline development.
• Experience in multinational, regional, or matrix organizations preferred.
• Certified coaching or psychometric assessments desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Talent Management and L&D agenda to build a high-performing workforce.
• Partner with MEA region leaders and HR teams to identify critical talent and succession plans.
• Design competency models and talent assessment processes.
• Develop leadership development programs and HiPo initiatives.
• Evaluate readiness and implement development programs to support business growth.
