Job summary

LVMH seeks a Training Manager in Abu Dhabi to design, implement, and oversee comprehensive learning programs aligned with organizational goals. You will enhance employee performance, develop leadership capabilities, and foster a culture of continuous learning across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or talent management.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education or related field; advanced certs are a plus.
• Strong instructional design, facilitation, and analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analyses across departments to identify skill gaps and future requirements.
• Design, develop, and update curricula, workshops, e-learning, and onboarding programs.
• Lead training sessions, workshops, and leadership development initiatives.
• Manage external providers and partnerships to supplement internal capabilities.
• Establish KPIs and measure ROI; iterate programs using feedback and analytics.
• Oversee the annual Learning & Development budget and resource allocation.
• Support transformations and strategic rollouts by equipping employees with required skills.
