LG Electronics in Dubai seeks a Learning and Development Manager to lead the organization’s talent management and L&D agenda, shaping frameworks, assessments, and leadership development to future‑proof the workforce.

You will partner with MEA regional leaders and HR teams to identify critical talent, build leadership pipelines, design succession plans, and drive learning programs that boost capability and business growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Significant experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Leadership Development, and Organizational Development.
• Proven experience managing the full talent lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience in Competency Framework Design, Competency Mapping, and Assessment Centers.
• Experience with succession planning and leadership pipeline development.
• Experience in multinational, regional, or matrix organizations preferred.
• Certified coaching or psychometric assessments desirable.

The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for leading and executing the organization's end-to-end Talent Management and Learning & Development agenda to build a high-performing, future-ready workforce. The role oversees the design and implementation of talent management frameworks, competency models, talent assessment processes, succession planning strategies, leadership development programs, and organizational capability-building initiatives.

The incumbent will partner closely with MEA Region's business leaders and subsidiary HR teams to identify critical talent, assess organizational capabilities, develop leadership pipelines, and ensure robust succession plans for key positions. The role is also responsible for evaluating successor readiness, driving career development initiatives, and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee capabilities and support business growth.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Leadership Development, and Organizational Development.
• Proven experience managing the full talent lifecycle, from talent identification and assessment to succession planning, leadership development, and career progression.
